How to fix some mysterious problems.

I have an iphone 5 7.0.4 jailbroken with evasion 7. I noticed that the ram in the status bar (status modifier tweak) is at around 490 MB after a reboot. After opening up a few apps and using them I then close them all and the ram stays as 120 MB and dips to as low as 9 MB when opening Cydia, Chrome, etc. I also noticed that when I kill all apps via ccToggles flipswitch the MB will increase about 50 to 60 MB and immediately drop back to what it was. I have also noticed (very briefly) and red status bar at the top of the screen for just a split second sometimes, kind of like when garage band or voice memo is open (which they are not. It used to not do this but I just recently noticed it, not sure when it started. Any ideas as to what is going on? Has anyone else experienced this?

dont worry about your ram. ios can manage ram perfectly well and tweaks that report its usage are pointless. in regardis to your status bar..... what tweaks have you added ?

I use Status HUD, status modifier, and tiny bar.
