[closed] iPad 2 iOS 6.1 couldn't install any apps

I have a problem installing the apps. I already installed the app sync 6.x I used to install the apps by using a 3rd party app. Sometimes I will use ifunbox, where I download the ipa into my pc. Everything is not working now! I have tried using apps store to update some app and it works! Please help! Thanks!
