Is there an unlock for 4.3?

there are many website saying they can jailbreak and unlock iphone 4 4.3 on ALL basebands including 4.10.1... their software is about 24euro and looks legit but if every iphone blog is saying there is no unlock for that baseband, it surely must be a scam?

Of course it's a scam, they haven't got anything, they don't develop anything, they're all waiting on MuscleNerd to update the unlock situation and then they'll sell you that. Keep your 24euros and find a better use for it.
