How to fix some mysterious problems.

I haven't been able to find anything like this anywhere. So I installed cydia a while ago and got some tweaks (?) that changed my lock screen a bit. after not going on cydia for a while I had about 6 updates. It said some were essential so it updated the essential ones but not the optional. After updating on the black screen with all the coding it said return to cydia. I pressed it and nothing happened. I pressed the home button and nothing happened. I tried to press the lock button but still nothing happened. i tried turning it off and nothing. It would let me adjust the volume still for some reason. So I held the home button and lock button until it shit off. Then I turned t back on and everything seemed fine. I started up cydia and I got an error that read "type rsh is not know on line 1 in source list /ect/apt/sources.list.d/saurik.list" when I close this everything's seems fine but it has none of my sources or downloads. If I search something it's blank. If I go to the home page and click a theme or anything else it says can not locate package. I have no idea what to do. This is on a iPhone 3G and it's on 6.1.2 hope someone knows anything! Sorry for the wall of text.
