What device dude?

In the manage tab go to the top left and change your Cydia ting to Development, search out and install 'Cydia Substrate', it was the upgrade to 'MobileSubstrate'

Worth a shot, in fact I dont even think you need to change to developer, anyway install that.

(02 Jan '14, 22:28) need__help need__help's gravatar image

Thats strange, MobileSubstrate listed in your installed apps?

Have you removed from sources?

(02 Jan '14, 22:30) naylor2006 naylor2006's gravatar image

no i have jailbreak my phone 2 hours ago

(02 Jan '14, 23:34) need__help need__help's gravatar image

You need substrate, I find it bizare that its missing for you.

Install Five Icon Dock and see if it lists Substrate as one of the dependancies.

tried and substrate one of them

Bizarre you can't find it otherwise then.

Install it, assume it says Cydia Substrate and not MobileSubstrate?

What repos are you trying to download these from? And have you updated to cydia substrate?

Well here is 1 thing you all are forgetting now ALL tweaks are up to date to work with iOS 7 yet so maybe you are not looking at what iOS those tweaks are made for

all the tweaks I downloaded work except SBSetting, SBSetting freezes my ifile and I had to duff and remove SBSetting, everything else so far is beautiful and they work better than my pervious jailbreak

@Fsleaks95 Better start your own question. Not many will read down this far after the OPs' problem was solved.
