How to fix some mysterious problems.

My iphone 4 is jailbroken. It froze about an hour ago so I rebooted it by holding the home and power but. When it came back on, cydia was still installed on my phone but in my settings app none of the tweaks were there. But in the cydia app it says all my packages are still installed. I tried rebooting my phone numerous times. I don't know what to do? Help Please!

If you are on iOS 7 MobileSubstrate is not yet fully updated and there will be issues. Try to wait on installing tweaks until everything is fully updated.

I've been running iOS7 for awhile and the tweaks and add ons worked before while on ios7 because I've kept reinstalling Mobile Substrate. Now all of a sudden they stop working

Try reinstalling them and see if this fixes the problem. If the problem persists I would uninstall the tweaks and wait for updates.
