How to fix some mysterious problems.

Hello, from a week I have some issues on my 4s with 6.1, I haven't installed or uninstalled tweak, with BatteryDoctorPro I see the ram usage, if I close background apps, the ram usage increase! So sometimes I have 0 apps opened with 99% of ram used! How can I clean the ram? There is any tweak? Advice? I use icleaner for clean cache and temp files and I've already disabled some daemons.. Please help D:

Dont worry about the ram and dont go disabling or deleting stuff. The phone will use ram and free ram all on its own. If your goal is to see a big number free, you are wasting your time. Unused ram is wasted ram

EDIT -

Well, your ram may be bing used by piracy stuff, from your pastebin:

My problem Is when I have full ram like 93-99% all apps keep crashing on launch! I need to respring to free ram and all my apps back working!

you could also look into logged crash reports and see if the crashes are due to low memory conditions or perhaps one of the tweaks is causing them..Go into Settings / General / About / Diagnostics & Usage / Diagnostics & Usage Data and take a glimpse into the most recent crash logs after you've had a crash to look for indications on what might be causing them..

Yes they are.Delete all Packages from those sources and the problem will probably be away.
