I recently did a jailbreak on my ipad using RedSn0w. All went well until I tried to download Frash. My Cydia crashed and now when I try to access anything I get a malforned line 6 error. I had not downloaded ifile yet so I can not go in and delete line 6 which seems to be the most common solution to this problem. I can not download ifile from Apple because I can't run IOS 6 on my first generation Ipad. I downloaded Cyder 2 and tried to move ifile to my Ipad. The autorun feature seems to be disabled because nothing happens. I have tried to restart and reset the Ipad and still same results. I tried to erase and restore my Ipad to get it back to factory but it goes to a blank screen with a spinning circle and does nothing. I tried to restore from itunes (running the lastest version) but I get a firmware error. I have done all of the most common things that I can think of. Cydia is useless at this point. I wouldn't care but I can not download anything at all i.e. books, files, music etc. Any help would be appreciated |

Restore from DFU: Plug device into computer via USB. Don't look at the device, concentrate on the counting. Hold home+power for 10 seconds, then release power but keep holding home for 12 more seconds. Screen should be black. |
iFile is in cydia, not in appstore. Frash never worked well, use Puffin Browser (appstore) instead.
