How to fix some mysterious problems.

The title explains it all, I just want to know if there is any way to speed up my iPod 4. I have iCleaner Pro and I have cleaned all my iPad images, iTunesArtwork files, 4" display images, all the languages, keyboards, and voice control languages except English, and that still only gives me about 30-45 MB of RAM on my home screen. If possible, please don't tell me that WinterBoard slows down the device with heavy theming, I already know that, and I have some themes that I do not want to remove.

In your seconds question, you explained that you installed various themes that imitate iOS 7.These themes and tweaks take a lot of memory.

The iPod Touch 4th generation by it self has only 128MB of RAM,and combined with these various themes, the A4 chip just can't handle the performance.

You have 2 options:Dont erase your themes that imitate iOS 7,but give up your memory,or delete all Winterboard themes to regain your memory. From experience I can tell you that winterboard took a lot of my RAM,but tweaks like Auxo didn't.

If you don't want any of these options, get a new device-even the older iPhone 4 on iOS 5 or 6 can preform better

Instead of erasing any of my themes, do you think I should get rid of SBSettings? The only reason I use it is for iOS 7 like Control Center toggles and displaying the device RAM at the top of the screen. I have heard that SBSettings eats away at a lot of memory.

I don't think deleting SBSettings will improve your devices memory. The main reason for the RAM drop is winterboard.

However, try to delete SBSettings, and tell me if there is any performance boost.

I did delete SBSetttings and I had a noticeable boost in RAM, however now I'm bummed that I can't see the amount of RAM on the status bar. :P That's just about it though.
