My iPhone is locked and I don't remember the pass code and my kids disabled it until it needs to connect to iTunes. Will the semi-restore wipe my passcode?

You can Semi-Restore it, BUT No your passcode will still be there. I just semi-restored mine to sell it. I still have to unlock it with my old passcode.
