How to fix some mysterious problems.

Production year: 2011

Production week: 45 (November)
Current IOS: 4.1 (Jailbreaked)

Current BB : 06.15.00

I did not save any shsh blobs so Im asking is that I if i can upgrade to any 6.0 - 6.1.3 and unlock using ultrasn0w or redsn0w? and if possible downgrade BB to 05.13.04


You can upgrade to 6.1.3 and unlock using ultrasn0w , but you can't downgrade your baseband

All iPhone 3GS produced after week 33 of 2011 have some modification in their chip, so if you try to flash the baseband you may get the " No All " error , which is no signal no wifi no IMEI. Your phone is hopeless then. But based on your current baseband, I assume you have flashed your baseband before ?
