I'm trying to downgrade from iOS 6.1.3 to 6.1 (or even better, 6.1.2) using Redsn0w with my iPod Touch 4G 16 GB. I have my 6.1.2 and 6.1 SHSH blobs saved with TinyUmbrella, but I've been researching for a WHILE now how to downgrade, but EVERY one of them is invalid with an error. When I tried doing it again, I got an error saying "Couldn't restore. Unexpected Error (Error 2831)on redsn0w, and I read the instructions carefully, but nothing has changed. And now my iPodis stuck on the reboot logo for a while now. My iPod is currently not jailbroken. I have experienced that redsn0w hasn't been the best choice for downgrading iOS 6. So in conclusion, how to you downgrade iOS 6.1.3 to 6.1.2 or 6.1 successfully? Any help will be great! Thanks!
If the 6.1 and/or 6.1.2 SHSH blobs are valid for the device then:
sn0wbreeze's 2.9.14's [iFaith Mode] can be used with iTunes to downgrade the iOS and automatically jailbreak it at the same time;
iFaith 1.5.8's [Build *signed* IPSW w/ Blobs] can be used with iTunes to downgrade the iOS, and evasi0n can then be used to jailbreak it.
P.S. redsn0w hasn't been updated since 6.0 (so isn't suitable for this).
