How to fix some mysterious problems.

OK so I just ran Cydia and saw I had 3 updates. I clicked on upgrade or whatever to run all 3 and Cydia closed. When I reopened it I now have nothing in recent changes, only "All Packages" in sections which has nothing and nothing under sources or packages installed....!!!!

I tried to reinstall via redsn0w, didn't work, everything still missing. Greenpois0n doesn't produce "loader" on the phone either.

Any chance you'd remember which packages were updates? And did Cydia crash before anything appeared to download/update?

It sounds like the source repo files for Cydia have gotten deleted/corrupted somehow. There are several files that could be at fault here, I'd have to do some digging to see what's what though. Anyone else got this info at their fingertips?

I know one was iFile but didn't get a chance to see the others. No, all I did was click "ugdate" or "upgrade" and it crashed...didn't get to the download/confirm choice
