Cydia has all kinds of tweaks/themes etc, it's too broad a question and depends on what you want to do. As for the second question iOS is the operating system on an iDevice, so I'm not sure what you mean.

Thanks for the info. I'm just beginning to learn the concept behind jailbreaking & advantages of customizing. Could use any useful tips/advice on where to find info on what are some of the coolest things I can do now, that I couldn't do before jailbreaking. I know it's very elementary, but is my first step choosing a iOS? Txs again for any & all useful, cool info & your time!

Your first step should be opening Cydia, then you can search or just browse the huge catalog there. You've already got an iOS ;)

It really does come down to what you want, but two of the very best are SBSettings and Winterboard. The first gives you quick access to all the settings that you might need to change in a hurry, and the second is the powerhouse behind themes on an iOS device. Other than that, try taking a look at the Feature section in Cydia, or else simply browse.

Actually I'd add FolderEnhancer to that list too. Without it, iOS folders rather suck. It's a paid tweak, but well and truly worth it.
