How to fix some mysterious problems.

I have the 4s iPhone model with the installed version 6.1.3 as I've read in web. Apple made 6.1.3 where one of the options was well protection against exploits.

When my iPhone doesn't use the 6.1.3. I was able to make a trick with emergency call to pass through not activated screen to the main menu of a iPhone.

Since the 6.1.3 was installed such I can't repeat such a trick. Are there any other ways to pass into the main menu with the application icons.

Besides, I wonder: "Am I able to downgrade the iOS to thr older version of my iPhone?" and "Is it possible both to active and to unlock iPhone 4s with the iOS 6.1.3", if it's possible could you give me the links and a piece of advice how to do what I want.

I've tried to jailbrake/downgrade the iPhone with the redsn0w 0.9.15b3, but it shows me an error, that its soft is unable to help with the 4s model.

Also you cannot hacktivate it (bypass the activation screen). You have to use a compatible sim card to activate properly.
