Okay, it's taking everything I have not to rage. I tried once before to jailbreak using redsn0w. I downloaded my my phones ipsw file: iPhone3,3_6.0_10A4..etc Redsn0w recognized it and I tried the jailbreak, it worked showing the pineapple screen. After it rebooted, no Cydia icon. That was apparently supposed to be normal. So I also turned my phone off, put it in DFU mode, "just boot" mode on Redsnow and the program says I'm missing keys... what? The phone boots up and no Cydia. Fine, whatever eff you redsn0w.

I found out about another jailbreaking software called Evasi0n. It was untethered.. awesome, right? Well as it was halfway into jailbreaking, it said that my phone already was semi-untethered jailbroken. Just to go into CYDIA and download the Evasi0n untethered software. How??!!?? I don't have Cydia on my springboard!!! Okay, so I turned my phone off and as it booted I had the Evasi0n "jailbreak" icon. It won't open anything, so I'm so confused. I went back to use Evasi0n and now it say my phone is already jailbroken!!? That jailbreaking again isn't recommended.

I want my phone jailbroken, but i dont know what else to do. I don't want to restore because it wants to upgrade my iOS. help me please...

Does your iPhone use a SIM card? If so, you're using the wrong IPSW.

It's Verizon CDMA. I selected CDMA, not GSM. So I don't know if that could be the problem, unless the download source got it mixed up. The redsn0w software says it's missing keys and now it's saying that it's missing .plist data?

You have to click just boot after you selected the 6.0 IPSW again. If you are on pre 6.1.3, then you can install evasi0n iOS 6.0-6.1.2 Untether from cydia.

It just sits at the "waiting to reboot" screen and never turns my phone on itself. I end up have to put it in recovery mode just to turn it back on.

Does it actually auto reboot the iphone itself within the Redsn0w program? If so I'll wait however long it takes.

I deleted my 6.0 ipsw file on the PC and redownloaded it. It seemed to work fine with Redsn0w, rebooting and junk. Then my phone started up still with no Cydia icon. As a bonus I had no signal. Safari wouldn't work, Chrome wouldn't work since it had "no source of network." I checked my wifi and it was locked out on off. So I had no way of using my phone. So I turned my phone back off on DFU mode to just boot tether on Redsn0w again. It booted up and it showed that I had service again. But it didn't work. I had bars but safari crashed upon opening, and chrome gave me the same error as before. Then if that wasnt all my phone started to turn off and restart itself. I finally just gave up. The phone wouldn't stay on long enough to sync with iTunes to restore. So I panicked and put the device in recovery mode and restored it with a new set of iOS 6.1.3. iCloud recovered everything on my phone, so I'm back to normal. So my answer to my own question... Is to forget redsn0w if possible, and stick with Evasi0n. If you're in the same predicament as me, just go ahead an restore your phone. And patiently wait for a jailbreak for 6.1.3.
Have a good day gentlemen.
