Help with jailbreaking and Cydia for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches.

iOS 8.3, 8.2, and iOS 8.1.3 are not jailbreakable. There is no way to downgrade from iOS 8.3, 8.2, or 8.1.3 to earlier versions.
Instructions for jailbreaking iOS 8.0-8.1.2. See /r/jailbreak on Reddit, @PanguTeam, and @TaiG_jailbreak for updates.

Only A4 devices (devices with a bootrom exploit) can be jailbroken on iOS 6.1.3, and it is a tethered jailbreak. See pod2g's tweet.

A4 devices are iPod touch 4, iPhone 4, and iPhone 3GS.

By a4 devices do you mean iPod, IPhone or iPad

actually only iPhone 4 and ipod touch 4th gen are apple a4. All iphones and iPod touches made before also support the limerain exploit too

Generally we refer to the limera1n-vulnerable devices as simply "A4 devices" for simplicity (even though we probably shouldn't)
