What you can always do: put into DFU mode and make a fresh Restore in iTunes. If you have 6.15 baseband, you need a cfw and to pwn before.

Hold Home + Sleep until the device flashes on/off, and then let go of both, and hold sleep, until you see an apple

When a device is connected, it should always be recognized by iTunes as either a normal mode device or a device in recovery mode, the only case a good device would not show is when the battery is completely drained and device is charging, it should be recognized in one of the above states once it reaches a good charge to boot.

Was your charge low when you started greenpois0n?
