How do I re-restore iOS 6.1.2 on iPhone 4 after 6.1.3 is released? I have SHSH saved for 6.1.2. Do I also need iOS 4.x SHSHs for this to work?
I read that iOS 6 SHSHs are only working for A4 and older devices.
Do I need to use redsn0w for restoring or can I still use iTunes? Do I need to stitch SHSH?

@i4user, iphone 4 can easily be restored to 5.x or 6.x. You have to stitch the firmware with respective blobs using redsn0w or sn0wbreeze. This custom firmware can then be restored using redsn0w or itunes(shift/option+restore). Obviously for the current ios, you never need blobs because apple is always signing them. And yes, this downgrading process does not work for A5+ devices.
