Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.

You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

i have just jailbroken my iphone and now i used cydia and downloaded some themes but the problem is that the themes are not loading i have iphone 4 4.2.1 jailbroken with sn0wbreeze plz hellpp

You need Winterboard for using Themes.

i m using winterboard and when i apply any theme it resprings then nothing happens the theme doesn't apply plz help and answer

go to WinterBoard, turn on SummerBoard mode (if it's off). it will work perfectly.

Sounds like you have some other mobile substrate add on or cydia apt that's interfering. What else have you installed?

A cursory google search says that a lot of themes haven't been updated for 4.2.1. Also, see this post, it might help.
