When I connect my iPhone 4 (GSM, iOS 6.1) via the USB cable, the Home button does not work. May be caused by Jailbreak?

Hold the volume up button while rebooting and continue to hold it until you see the lock screen. This will disable mobile substrate and everything that relies on it. If the home button still doesn't work then it's not jailbreak related and yuo'll have to get it replaced. Reboot to re-enable mobile substrate and your tweaks..

It seems that with the latest update about "Mobile Substrate" and "WinterBoard" has solved the problem. However, with the procedure that you recommended to me, the Home button is working properly! You say that I should replace the? I see how it behaves in the future. Thanks for the reply!

Nice! No need to replace. Your button is fine. Must've been a softwre bug.
