If you have AppSync installed, that will cause this problem. Uninstall AppSync and reboot, and your Weather app should work properly again.

Hi i5ion, I has the same issue. You can manually fix it.

  1. Download MobileTerminal from Cydia
  2. Press the info button and go to the shortcut menu
  3. Add the following shortcut in the shortcut action. Also label it fix plist: #!/bin/bash chmod -x /usr/libexec/mobile_installation_proxy killall -9 mobile_installation_proxy rm /var/mobile/Library/Caches/ /var/mobile/Library/Caches/ launchctl stop launchctl start

    while [ ! -f /var/mobile/Library/Caches/ ]; do sleep 1 done while [ ! -f /var/mobile/Library/Caches/ ]; do sleep 1 done

    sleep 10

chmod +x /usr/libexec/mobile_installation_proxy sync reboot; 5.Open the shortcut menu on the left-hand side and run the script
