How to fix some mysterious problems.

I jailbroke my iPhone 3GS with greenpois0n rc5 b2. Now that there have been a few updates to greenpois0n, should I re-jailbreak?

Can I just apply the new greenpois0n? Do I have to re-install Cydia etc? I installed Cydia from the not using redsn0w.

You can go over the top if you choose to rejailbreak and you wont lose any information. My wife and daughters iPhone 4's are still using b2 with NO issues. I went from 2 to 5 then to 6 with NO Issues running over tops. All data/settings stayed. But if your not haveing any issues I think your fine. :)

Nope, none that I know of. I just thought that the updates would make my phone happier in some way :)
