Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.

You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

and if i can... if my iphone software break can i restore to official or custom firmware?? in what way snowbreeze is useful i have iphone 3gs 4.2.1 firmware 05.15.4

With all due respect you really need to clue yourself up on the jailbreaking scene, it can only benefit you and keep from doing something you may later regret. The difference between official & custom ipsw is basically jailbreak.

You can upgrade to the ipad baseband using Redsn0w/Pwnage but there are some issues with doing that so you need to clue yourself up on that and make a decision. According to the Dev Team blog post on this particular method, you will have to shift/alt-restore to custom firmware from then on, that's the official method.
