Help with jailbreaking and Cydia for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches.

evasi0n7 can jailbreak iOS 7.0-7.0.6 untethered. p0sixspwn can jailbreak iOS 6.1.3-6.1.5 untethered (see here for 6.1.6).
How to jailbreak iOS 7.0-7.0.6 (and fix problems). iOS 7.1 is not jailbreakable, except an unsupported tethered iPhone 4 jailbreak.
Restoring or updating will update your device to iOS 7.1 and remove your jailbreak. There is no way to downgrade from iOS 7.1 to 7.0.x.

Hello,

I do not have permission to disable the passcode lock me iOS device because of the policy implemented by my Exchange server does not allow it. I have an internal application for my company that is installed on the iPhone. Do you have any idea whether or not I can run the jailbreak anyway?

If I restore my iPhone 4 (there is not the passcode?), I jailbreak and I restore a backup. Are my application that my internal my business will be restored? (this application configures me only my Exchange account and block me some settings.)

Thank you for your help.

Small precision: My internal application is not visible tab in iTunes "Apps"

You can temporarily remove your Exchange profile, disable the passcode, jailbreak your device with evasi0n, and then add the Exchange profile back.

Ty for you answer but this is not possible. For evasi0n wonder also disable the backup password. I must go into iTunes and disable it in iTunes but I can not because I'm not allowed.

Sorry for my language, I'm French

Try deleting the Exchange server profile on your device and then seeing you can remove the backup password.

I don't think its possible. Also you shouldn't jailbreak a business device ;)

Worked for me with passcode enabled. I set it to not activate for 4 hours and I quickly entered it after reboot to let it continue. Successfully JB iPad here.

I managed successfully. Here are the steps I made:

  1. Save thanks to iTunes Step
  2. Restore the iPhone in iOS 6.1
  3. Jailbreak with evasi0n Step
  4. Restore the last backup

Thank you for your answers

Yes, the jailbreak will probably work even though you have a passcode. you shouldn't need to restore, just open the app and click 'jailbreak'. if you are asked to enter your device's passcode do so.

No, it doesn't work if you have a passcode enabled, sorry.
