You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

Hello , i would like to ask about the warranty .. is there anyway to jailbreak the iphone and avoids losing the warranty ?

If you restore the device before taking it back to apple, the warranty is valid again.

But , if i jailbreaked my iphone .. and for some reason .. got some issue in the screen or battery, so i could not restore .. they can fix it to me ?

They have no rights to look at your data on the device storage. If you want to keep the safest site, then let it repair of other shops then apple. I already brought a jailbroken device to them with a defect screen nothing happens but I had to pay because a broken screen and TFT is not protected by the warranty ;)

If apple sees that your device is jailbroken, your warranty is void. So turn off the automatically sending of the crash reports and restore before you visit the apple retail store. So nothing can happens to you ;)
