Hi I updated my iPhone Over the Air and I just read that you were supposed to update via iTunes and I don't know what to do. Will it be ok to jailbreak with Evasi0n?

upgrading OTA only updates the files changed in the update which can be risky. For the best results plug your iPhone into iTunes and restore it.

Thanks. So my iPhone should be fine when the jailbreak comes out?

You can still jailbreak just it means if a downgrade is found, you will not be eligible.

Just plug your device into your computer and clik "restore" on iTunes. It's been said that the OTA messes with the jailbreak and that it's better off updating via iTunes. Hope this helped.

Not the case at all.

Sort of. planetbeing said this: "The iTunes restore is merely a recommendation. We will not be able to test the OTA upgrade path very well."

In other words, it's likely that the jailbreak will work fine on OTA devices, but it has a higher risk of bugs than normally restored devices.
