How to fix some mysterious problems.

How can I, as a member of the jailbreak community, be a part of private beta testing and such? I would be interested in helping to develop these projects and help to squash the bugs out of a potential jailbreak.

Dev teams don't give out betas of the jailbreak, but the best you can do is donate via the button on

I haven't asked about this, but I imagine that "private beta testing" means "people they've already known and trusted for a long time".

But answering questions on this site is a nice way to help. If there are any problems in the public jailbreak, they'll probably be reported here, and it'll be helpful to have lots of thoughtful technically-minded people on the site to help answer questions and identify possible problems.
