Help with jailbreaking and Cydia for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches.

Question

Hi everyone,

I updated my iPad mini the other night. I have used the 2 new versions of Tiny Umbrella, and it will not save my SHSH for 6.0.2 or 6.1.

I have also tried using the newest version of Redsn0w, and it fails and gives me an error. Am i doing something incorrectly?

I saved my SHSH with the new redsn0w- Extras- SHSH Blobs- New- Give it the 6.1 IPSW

The Only error I got was when I tried submitting them to Cydia. Don't worry they are still saved locally.

yup this is the answer. although i dont have an ipad - and it didnt fail to send to cydia.

All the other devices I tried (3GS, 4S, 5, iPad 2) worked sending to Cydia. It only seems to be an iPad Mini issue.

ah i see, i did 4,4s, and 5 and they worked fine like you said. i saw some people complaining about appleTV as well on the tinyumbrella site.
