Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.

You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

is there an easy way to put them into itunes from pc then sync them onto phone?

Yes there is. When you have the .ipa file on your computer, you simply double-click it, and it will install itself into iTunes. Then you connect your phone, and let it synchronize, and it should be installed on your device.

If not, then you probably have to select it in iTunes, when you click on your phone in the left menu, then the App tab above, and then select it in the list of installed apps.

Though if the apps you're talking about are cracked, you'll need to do it with openSSH.
