Help with jailbreaking and Cydia for iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches.

iOS 8.3, 8.2, and iOS 8.1.3 are not jailbreakable. There is no way to downgrade from iOS 8.3, 8.2, or 8.1.3 to earlier versions.

I was trying to install sqlite3 on my jailbroken phone.. i know that Cydia/Telesphoreo has it.. but for some reason if i go to cydia > manage >sources > cydia/telesphoreo it doesn't show up.. it doesn't show up in search either.. any ideas? is there an alternative?
