How to fix some mysterious problems.

Ok i was playing gb4iphone Pokemon Yellow and i wanted to recalibarte my Ipod Touch by letting it die to 0%. It stopped working in the middle of the game. So knowing that im tethered i have to plug it in and reboot. I plug it it in and ipod keeps flashing from lockscreen to boot logo. I try to turn it off but it wont let me. I was able to get it working again by rebooting by holding power and home button and in that process using just boot with redsnow. Any backlash from this? Or what caused this?

There is nothing wrong with your ipod. What you said is normal. Don't let your battery fully drain, it doesn't like and there is no reason to drain it to zero.

I had let it drain to 0% prior to this and never had a loop. Thats why i was wondering if it was ok.
