How to fix some mysterious problems.

I have a iPhone 3gs 4.2.1, jailbroken using redsn0w. I would now like to factory reset to the latest ios version 6.0.1 Will there be any problem if I just run 'update' from iTunes? It's unlocked officially by Three Network.

Please let me know!

Many thanks, Oz
