How to fix some mysterious problems.

I have an iphone 3g that was given to me by a friend and it was jailbroken and VERY buggy. I decided to restore to factory and now it is stuck in recovery. I tried tiny umbrella and It can't kick it out of recovery. It restarts the phone and it comes back in recovery. I tried lots another program as well and I can't get anything to help.

Most likely it has 6.15 ipad baseband. You should use a custom ipsw when restoring on iphones with 6.15 baseband. Try redsn0w 9.14b2/extras/recovery fix. Then use same redsn0w to install ipad baseband to fix it, then downgrade baseband.
