3gs 5.1.1 no service

Hello i have to this problem .....i dont have service on sim......after i activated my iphone to ios 6 i have iphone 3gs....i cant activate my iphone....i tried to jailbreak and then after activation...i dont have SERVICE:|.....then i downgraded to ios 5.1.1 and still that prob cant activate my iphone...:|...sould i go to my service carer where i buyed my iphone???they have to activate my phone???what sould i doo plz help me....i cant use my iphone ....like 4 days....i need my iphone....:Dplz help...thx!

What is Modem Firmware in Settings>General>About?

if you have one of these modem firmware:

"04.26.08" "05.11.07" "05.12.01" "05.13.04" "06.15.00"

if you do then go to cydia/manage/edit/add (add this repo) http://www.repo666.ultrasn0w.com

than install and it should be fixed.
