Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.
Check @PanguTeam, @taig_jailbreak, @saurik, and /r/jailbreak for news and updates.
You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

Hi, i bought a iphone 4 a couple months ago. When I bought it from the person he had it upgraded to 6.0.1. But now i sm stuck because i want to downgrade the phone to 5.1.1 and i dont know how to get the SHSH blobs

Get redsn0w, connect phone to USB, run redsn0w, click Extras> SHSH blobs> Query. Your ECID should be filled in, click OK. The listed blobs are the versions you can restore to. See this faq.

Yep, sorry. You can jailbreak tethered if you want, but you're stuck with 6.0.1.

Yeah it's semi-tethered. There's no harm to the phone, it's just inconvenient having to boot tethered, but if you don't kill the battery or install anything requiring a reboot while away from a computer you should be fine.
