How to fix some mysterious problems.

Hi... I had my old iphone 3gs updated to ios 6.0.1 and then using redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3 I jailbreaked it but I could not find the cydia icon... I desided to jailbreak it again thinking that i had made a mistake the first time but again there is no cydia icon... Both times I had the cydia checked to be installed and both times I rebooted my iphone using the redsnow... The exact version of ios I am using is 6.0.1 (10A523)... Because of the problem "missing keys.plist" I used iPhone2,1_6.0_10A403_Restore when i selected the ipsw on redsnow. Can someone help me?

Seems like you have covered all the bases. Have you tried searching for cydia in spotlight. If you are game for a restore, you can use create a 6.0.1 custom prejailbroken ipsw using sn0wbreeze 2.9.7 and restore while in pwned dfu. Do iBooty just boot tethered if you have a new bootrom 3Gs.

3GS new model 6.0 and 6.0.1 do not have icons immediately. Put your 3GS in DFU and reboot it, and Cydia should appear.
