How to fix some mysterious problems.

For days now I have attempted to jailbreak my iPhone 4 on IOS 6.0.1. I have done everything that all numerous amounts of websites have said. I.E; Selecting the IOS 6.0 firmware then going back to jailbreaking it, quiting redsn0w and then just booting it.

What happens is, it goes through the jailbreaking process but cydia never installs on my iphone even after numerous times of just booting it. I'm really getting annoyed with it now, and have also tried it on a different computer, turned off my anti-virus and redownloaded the newest redsn0w and fireware needed.

Please Help, Thank You.

Try this. After jailbreaking Don't Just Boot Just wait until everything is done and turn it on. Wait for the Springboard to show up then continue and Just Boot using redsn0w.

How long should it take for Springboard to show up?

A few minutes. If it doesn't turn on, hold Power and home until it flashes then wait again. If it doesn't turn on at all try Just Booting again.
