Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.

You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

Currently the only way to apply the new iBooks or AppleTV wifi fixes (as announced in the PwnageTool release info) is by building a custom firmware and restoring to that.

PwnageTool also includes two very recent improvements to the 4.2.1 JB: iBooks was just fixed by @comex and @pushfix last night so that it works as intended on DRMed books, and the wifi problem on AppleTV 2G was fixed by @nitotv, @DHowett, and @saurik. Both of these fixes will also be available in upcoming Cydia package updates, so if you’re already jailbroken you can wait for those updates rather than restore and jailbreak again.

Otherwise, we just have to wait until the Cydia packages are released.

Update: There's now a repo hosting the fix. Just add **http://cydia.machackpc.com as a source, and install honnypot** from it. (Thanks to @gomanski's post in http://jailbreakqa.com/questions/2259/solved-jailbreaks-breaking-drm-books-in-ibooks)

I just found this on twitter (http://twitter.com/#!/junyoure/status/37726979960745984): First I'd recommend to install ifile: http://iphone.heinelt.eu/?Applications:iFile On your iDevice go to this URL in Safari: http://a.qoid.us/hunnypot.deb If safari asks you: select open in ifile. IFile opens and you see the deb file. Tap it and select installer. The package gets installed and it just fixed my iBooks issues (iPhone 4, iOS 4.2.1 JB with greenpois0n RC6).

I get errors installing this package, both with ifile and cydia. Weird.
