iOS 8.3, 8.2, and iOS 8.1.3 are not jailbreakable. There is no way to downgrade from iOS 8.3, 8.2, or 8.1.3 to earlier versions.

Sure. Just click Restore in iTunes.

I did and it didn't work. iTunes keeps crashing.
