stuck in soft dfu mode

I am stuck in soft dfu mode on iphone 4 on ios 5.0.1. It has a broken power button. My understanding was, I could enter soft dfu mode using the ipsw and then the pwned dfu mode using redsnow. But redsnow doesn't let me enter now and I am stuck in the soft dfu mode. I tried restoring to ios 6.0 but itunes throws error 1600 on that.

I have blobs saved for all versions. I need to either get out of dfu mode or restore to ios 6.0.

Can you guys please help me. Thanks in advance.

I am using redsnow 0.9.15b2 on Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2
