Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.

You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

What's happen when I upgrade my iPhone from 4.2.1 to 4.3? Do i completly remove the jailbreak?

Anytime you ever upgrade ANY firmware to any current firmware, you "always" lose the jailbreak. Even if you downgrade (assuming you have your SHSH saved on Saurik's server from any previous jailbroken iOS from your device) you still lose your jb. But you can always rejailbreak "IF" there is a jb available for whatever firmware you are using. :)

Yes the jailbreak is completely gone. All jailbroken apps and the jailbreak itself is gone. :)
