How to fix some mysterious problems.

Hey Guys! I got an iPhone 4 with iOS 5.1.1 (Baseband 04.12.01)

Its totally restored and still locked to a specific carrier.

Now my question: Is it still possible to jailbreak it? I tried to hacktivate it with the actual sn0wbreeze version but in itunes i get a 3194-Error when i try to restore it.

You should not of restored with a Custom IPSW. All you had to do was Jailbreak it with redsn0w. That's it.
