Pangu provides an iOS 9.0 untethered jailbreak. TaiG provides an iOS 8.4 and 8.3 untethered jailbreak.

You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

Hell yes, 4.3 isn't going to be jailbreakable right off the bat.

Actually, the limera1n exploit is a bootrom exploit and will continue to work for all current iDevices, and is already working on 4.3. Getting an untether hack is another thing, though. (See here for the beta jailbreak report:

Heard the final release is going to take a different exploit and at this time is unjailbreakable, but we shall see won't we?

Jailbreak it now man so you have your SHSH saved it nothing else. You never know, you might want to keep 4.2.1 even after 4.3 comes out. Doubtful, BUT why not have that option juuuust in case. :) Jailbreak as fast as you can I say :)
