Question

How can we Sim Unlock Iphone 3g 8GB Version 4.2.1 Firmware 05.15.04 ? If no Can we upgrade it to 5.0.1 and than jailbreak and Sim Unlock it ?

0	A 3G doesn't go to 5.1.1 only 4.2.1. You need to use redsn0w 0.9.14b2 to flash the baseband and jailbreak it. The downgrade the baseband. Then install ultrasn0w in cydia to unlock it link answered 27 Jul '12, 18:05 theiphoneguy ♦ 25.6k●3●25●15
