Everytime I turn off my iphone it seems to be in recovery mode. I tried to jailbreak and it did not seem to work and want to just go back to regular now. What can I do to resolve this. Restore doesn't seem to work. |
i have the verizon iphone 4 too so ik what your talking about and how to fix this you say you cant restore? let me guess you get error code 1013. this is how you fix it so you can do a complete restore 1st you need to locate your hosts file. 2nd open the hosts file and delete anything ending with (gs apple.com) than save the hosts file and u will be able to do a full restore. locate hosts file on windows - c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts (delete anything ending in gs apple.com that just save) loacate hosts file on mac - open terminal type-sudo nano /private/etc/hosts (delete anything ending in gs apple.com than press control-o to save the file than Press enter on the filename prompt, and control-x to exit the editor.) |
download ireb from ih8sn0w.com and go to the tab that says recovery mode loop fixer and click the first button. It should reboot regularly. |
