i have an iPhone 4 on 5.0.1 that I jail broke with redsn0w. I have had my iPhone jail broken for a few months but as of yesterday my phone wont turn on. The apple logo comes up for a few minutes as usual but then the loading circle comes up and will cycle a few times, Then freeze, then start to recycle but never turn on. Waited about 7 hours one time then just got fed up and put it in dfu mod. That also didn't work. I tried to "just boot" on redsn0w as someone else recommended and the pineapple came up but then the loading circle came up again. I would love to keep the jailbreak if possible or at least get it on long enough to take screenshots of what Cydia apps I have. Thanks for any help u guys can give.

Unfortunately problems like this are often a sign of hardware issues - randomly turning off and then not being able to put it back into normal mode. But try these steps for fixing a device that won't boot and see if any of it works.
