You can use Cydia Impactor if you need to un-jailbreak an 8.1-8.4 device without restoring.

"i tried to have my iphone 3g jailbroken but i ended up with the itune saying it is under recovery and phone didn,t open. i restored it using itunes and i ended up with my iphone sim locked. i dont have any valid sim to activate the iphone, please help me...

just jailbreak using redsn0w it'll hacktivate the phone. and activate officially once you are hacktivated using http://www.bingner.com/SAM.html.

no choice, you have to have a valid sim to activated you newly restore iPhone, find on ebay, it's only 99 cent.
